Refunds and Returns:

Due to the custom nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for personalized items unless they are faulty or damaged upon receipt. We take great care to ensure that all products are printed and designed according to your specifications.

Faulty or Damaged Items:

If your product arrives damaged or has any defects, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at info@printlet.co.uk, providing the following:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Photos of the damaged/faulty item

We will assess your claim and, if valid, we will offer a replacement, repair, or refund, depending on the issue. Please note, we may ask you to return the faulty item to us for inspection.

Non-Personalized Items:

For any non-personalized products, you are entitled to a refund or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order, as per the Consumer Contracts Regulations. The items must be unused and in their original condition. You are responsible for the return postage costs unless the item is faulty.

Cancellations:

• Personalized Orders: Once an order for a personalized product has been placed and production has begun, it cannot be cancelled.
• Non-Personalized Orders: You can cancel your non-personalized order within 14 days of purchase, as long as the item hasn’t been shipped.
